Logistics chain management as well as eco-logistics management guaramee company develop-ment and participation in the market increase (market which is changeable just like customers' requirements) .In addition it is an essential element of eco-development which prevents biodeg- radation of the environment. Supply process management must be unfailing and always on time. Warehousing and transportation services cannot influent negatively products quality. Moreover order processing should work without troubles just like a reliable mechanism which main purpose is to fulfil customers' expectations within the time they require. Modern logistics is an integrated system connected with physical circulation of goods as well as information. Due to logistics the main activity of the company is to focus on rational usage and creation of effectiveness potential and competitiveness increase. Logistics generates new ideas considering order processing as well as relationship with customers. As far as logistics role increase is concerned new possibilities and tasks appear. They may be executed by appropriate assumptions and solutions of logistics concept in companies activity. Nowadays every company has its own, internal IT system. Some of them are focused on warehousing only whereas others are well developed and cover planning systems like MRP/ DRP. Companies which have IT systems equipped with MRP module (Material Requirements Planning) or MPR II module (Manufacturer Resource Planning), DRP module (Distribution Requirements Planning) or DRP II module (Distribution Resource Planning) can build their relationship with sub-suppliers basing on special co-operation techniques. These are peculiar partnership programs and their main aim is to shorten all existing cycles and stock reduction. On the one hand the programmes cover detailed systems of orders execution but on the other hand systems of mutual information exchange such as: • material consumption forecast • stock level • actual consumption In addition as a consequence co-operation between companies is getting closer which may help to generate special rules like for instance JIT. There are four main elements of Just In Time concept: • no stock • short cycles of order execution • frequent replenish of goods amount . . • high quality JIT solutions are not always necessary or suitable in every case. From the eco-logistics point of view it is the highest danger for the environment caused for example by increase of supplies amount. Factors, which justify application of logistics basing on just in time delivery, are: variety of options within the confines of category and value of each model. The primary rule of logistics on time is to ensure a full synchronization of all chain elements as well as early definition of transport requirements and supplementary orders. Appearing of JIT concept coincided with logistic companies development as well as suppliers who specialized in transportation services.
