Abstrakty
PL Przedstawiono zastosowania chromatograficznych technik rozdzielania w sprzężeniu z technikami spektroskopowymi do oznaczania priorytetowych zanieczyszczeń środowiska. Omówiono sprzężenia GC-MS oraz HPLC-MS wraz z tandemowymi odmianami spektrometrii mas a więc układami umożliwiającym wielokrotną fragmentację jonów (pułapki jonowe) oraz układy typu triple stage quadrupol. Przedstawiono zalety i wady każdej z technik na przykładach zastosowań w inżynierii i ochronie środowiska. Omówiono również technikę GC-AES (wraz z odmianą GC-AED) wykorzystywaną coraz chętniej do specjacyjnego oznaczania związków metaloorganicznych.
EN The article presents the application of chromatographic techniques of separation combined with spectroscopic techniques for determination of major environmental pollutants. Combinations of GC-MS and/or HPLC-MS have been presented together with the tandem of mass spectroscopy - systems enabling multiple ion fragmentation (ion traps) and systems based on triple stage quadrupol. Advantages and disadvantages of each technique have been presented on the basis of application in the branch of environmental protection and engineering. We have also depicted in this article the GC-EAS technique (with GC-AED) which is more commonly applied for speciation of metal-organic compounds.
